How can we monitor calls that are not handled due ...

Currently we have paid for 10 concurrent lines, if more people end up calling. How can we see that ? Where can we see those calls ?

Vapi provides logs and concurrency tracking (e.g.,
concurrencyCounter
) to monitor call activity, and you can access detailed logs via the API.
However, the documentation does not clearly state if there is a specific log entry for calls rejected due to exceeding your 10 concurrent line limit. To help you further, could you clarify if you are currently using the Vapi API logs or dashboard, and if so, have you noticed any error entries when concurrency is exceeded? Hey, calls get declined after you reach the 10 concurrency line limit.
a
Yes, but how can I track that ? Will I be able to see the calls that were not answered ?
a
You will receive an email from our end that you are reaching the limit.

Can I track the calls dropped ?

Hey Amanski, you can check about the drop calls from the VAPI dashboard under the call logs page.

Hi, im trying to build a progressive dialer. Meaning that I will dial the number of calls of the available concurrency each time a channel is cleared. How can I use "concurrencyCounter" to do this? Where I can look into how many concurrent lines I have (or how many I have free) on a specific moment and use that info as a variabnle?
