Connecting assistant to workflow

I see in step 2 of the workflow docs (https://docs.vapi.ai/workflows) it says "Under the “Model” section, switch the “Provider” field to vapi." But when I go there I don't see vapi as an option - see attached screenshot. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1374515988321665034/1374516009565814884/Screenshot_2025-05-20_at_6.34.51_PM.png?ex=682e5549&is=682d03c9&hm=af3894317e3e8b97a90a8aede79309e88e9c09883588c7ead4e4c49c3fcaa859&

It appears that the documentation expects "vapi" to be available as a provider, but your dashboard does not show this option. Since the docs do not address this scenario, I recommend reaching out to [Vapi support](https://docs.vapi.ai/support) or the [Vapi Discord community](https://discord.com/invite/pUFNcf2WmH) to confirm if there are account, region, or feature requirements for enabling the "vapi" provider in your workflow setup. While the documentation indicates to switch the model to Vapi, it is not required for workflows or assistants to use our software. Let us know how you would like to proceed.

How do I connect my assistant to the workflow? How does the assistant know to follow the instructions in the workflow?

Hi Mike, we recently changed workflows. Now, you can test workflows independently and attach them to a phone number, as you do with assistants. We're adding more features and nodes to workflows, so you'll see an evolved version soon. Let me know if you have any doubts or need clarifications.
