Missing Team Invitations

Hello, I sent 2 invitations to my team members and the email never arrived. We checked all folders including spam/junk. Info@skinchx.com.au and comanschristine@gmail.com

Hey FeliciaJeanWm could you ask your team members again to check if they have received the invite? Even if they won't get the email, they still get added to the org as a member. Can you ask them to check if they get added? If not, I'll suggest you to share your org ID, I'll take care of the rest of the process.

She did check her account there was nothing there.

Can’t even login under info@skinchx.com.au

This is the ORG ID. I was able to login but it forced me to do identity verification.
My team member on info@skinchx.com.au was asked to do the identity verification, but was not able to do it yet. Perhaps her account needs some token reset to allow her to login (see loading video above)

Hey Felicia, it's resolved now. Can I go ahead and delete the Info@skinchx.com.au and comanschristine@gmail.com accounts? This will remove them from the database, and the next time you invite, it should work.

It was paid last month of 10$ and yes we can refund it.

@User I just logged in trying to fix this. I removed the email invitations from the ORG list, then registered again with the info@skinchx.com.au email. Then I sent a new invitation. It did not arrive in the email again.
She has logged in and verified her identity, but we still see a spinning loading screen.
