Hi @Vapi , is there a way to set a custom ring timeout duration (e.g. 20–25 seconds) before the call is considered unanswered? This would help us avoid hitting answering machines and being charged for unwanted connections. Having control over this parameter would allow us to better manage costs with large volumes of calls. Is this something that could be modified on the user's side? Thanks in advance for any guidance!

VAPIcurrently doesn’t support setting a ring timeout directly; the timeout parameter refers to call silence, so to limit ring duration, you’d need to manually end the call after a set time using custom logic.

How can we end the call while its still ringing? The only way to end the call request i saw were in calls that were already in progress, using the live call control
