Hello everyone! Curious, how are folks dealing with memory for calls to VAPI agents? My scenario is pretty straightforward: I want to be able to understand if the number is a returning user and pass that memory into the prompt itself. How might I go about doing this? Ideally i'd have a solution out of the box especially if through the UI. I've seen some make.com tutorials online but would rather not take the dependency. Appreciate your help in advance!
