i imported telnyx phone number into vapi connected it to an assistant but now it doesn'tsay anythin beyond first message why? ,this is the caller id:20519800-9533-4924-b432-c279ceb048fc

Hey, I looked into the shared call ID, call logs, and as well as listen to the call recording, there is no user audio coming in. So that leads to assistant going silent. In case you feel like, "This is not true, the user is speaking something on the call," I'll suggest you to share more, few more call IDs so we can continue our setup investigation. If you want to confirm the same, you can check with the Telnyx team as well. I am sharing their call ID associated with this call.

here is another one today: caller id :483f332c-037c-4042-9f4f-ed947a44714e ,the user makes the call but after first message it doesn't speak ,secondly its a telnyx number but in vapi its showing vonage ,why?
