I’m new to Vapi setting up calling for my local firm. My assistant is working great but I am trying to figure out the best way to schedule and plan calling. How do you guys do it? I upload csv to call many numbers for each phone number but it’s not customizable. It only has name and number I can’t even differentiate between first and last name ?
