Is the "follow-up prompt directly in the tool's configuration" you mention something I can do via the web UI? I've tried what you can see in the screenshot but with no luck so far. And is there a reason the agent stops talking after calling the SMS tool but not after calling other tools (e.g. the Google Calendar tool?)
