Hey team, I'm experiencing a significant billing discrepancy where the call durations shown in my dashboard don't match the actual conversation lengths in transcripts and logs. ## Issue Summary: - Dashboard shows calls lasting 6-10 minutes - Actual conversation transcripts and my local recordings show calls lasting 3-4 minutes - This is resulting in approximately 2x billing overcharge - Issue occurs consistently across multiple calls ## Technical Details: - Using Vapi WebSocket Transport for all calls ## Specific Example (pictures + logs attached for reference): - Call ID:

Hey Mathusan, take a look at the call cost breakdown to understand what's causing the issue. You can find it in the call logs by selecting the call ID you need details for.

I did but that doesn't explain why the call duration was almost 10 minutes when the logs and my recordings are showing otherwise. And Vapi is charging per minute.

It seems like the websocket might still be connected, which could be why the call didn't terminate properly.
