Hi All, I am a huge fan of Vapi but am running into some challenges building my first big project. Would value any feedback or even be open to paying for someone to help me build a workable prompt.
I am creating a virtual phone assistant for an upcoming conference I'm attending as a proof of concept to show people the power of voice agents. Goals of the agent would be the following:
-Welcoming the caller to the conference
-Asking the caller's name and running it against the full registration list (fuzzy matching) and responding, "Hello X, it's great to have you here from (Y company)."
-It should then be aware of the current date and time, and compare it versus the conference schedule to tell the user about the different sessions and events that are upcoming (not past events).
-Ideally, it should be able to have conversations about the content presented during each session (using the session PPT decks).
-It should also be able to tell the user about other conference registrations (using the registration list and attendee directory).
Right now, the prompt I've built fails to match versus my CSV registration list, doesn't know what time or day it is, and fails to retrieve any of the agenda that are in it's document folder.
Any help with ideas on any of the above would be extremely helpful. Would also be willing to pay $50US via paypal or venmo to anyone who can help me rewrite my prompt and get it working through DM's.
