When attempting to transfer a call via a test call in the web dashboard, I can verify the call transfer tool is started, my start message is spoken, but the call itself dies and is not actually transferred. Call ID 102e2e5c-74b7-4abb-85b4-3a55f4623fc2

I had the same issue. There was a problem when I was using my twilio number as a trunk. I changed it to webhook instead and the call transfer worked. Also test with a phone and not through the web. Hope this helps
