Hello! I'm running into a couple of new issues that seem somewhat related. 1. The assistant doesn't respond when the call is answered. 2. The assistant freezes (doesn't respond) when I respond to one of their questions. My response to their question is being recorded because if I say something like 'Hello?' after about 10 seconds they acknowledge my response and I see my response in the transcript. I tried using a previous working version of the assistant but the issue persists so it shouldn't be anything that I have changed.
