Lot's of users are agency owners. Where is some resources or a space we can collaborate or even see best practises. I am 4 months into this journey and everything in Vapi so far has felt like a cat and mouse chase. It took over a month to find a prompt that works and makes the agent sound good. TLDR: Where is some love for the agency owners, getting a different view or more training on how to leverage the system would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry that your experience has not been satisfactory, but I would like to direct you to the "examples" section of our documentation as it provides multiple use-cases. While a majority of examples are in API, there are some dashboard examples as well and some videos included in the documentation. If you need any clarification or have any questions about something, feel free to reach out to us.

That does not really provide any further instructions. I was more looking for a guide on how agency owners should use Vapi as well as how to best create a prompt. It feels like creating a prompt is this hidden treasure, why not help us make better agents?

That's great, thank you. There are hundreds of videos on it. Any chance there is a feature where there is a prompt helper within Vapi ? I've found it isn't just the structure but the formatting and also the specific keywords that really impact the speed, tone and conversation. For example I have my one agent that is built on a great prompt and it is the same structure as another but this one talks with great pauses between words and then speeds up when I ask it to speed up on the call.
