Prompt updates are not reflected after republishin...

I’ve built and deployed a VAPI agent — the setup is working fine. But when I update the system prompt and republish the agent, the behaviour doesn’t change. It still acts as if the old prompt is active.
Has anyone run into this? Is there some caching, delay, or limitation I should be aware of? The prompt size is currently 1283 tokens.
Appreciate any pointers — thanks!

05/29/2025, 8:17 PMI want to change the beginning of the conversation (after the initial fixed prompt) so it will not always start with "how has your day been so far?". To achive that, I chaged the prompt to say:
