Hi everyone, Has anyone discovered an effective prompt engineering technique to encourage an agent to invoke the EndCallFunction more promptly? Right now, the agent tends to be overly polite—it keeps asking variations of "Do you need anything else?" and won’t end the call unless the user explicitly says goodbye multiple times or gives a direct command. I’m looking for a way to make the agent recognize when its tasks are complete and transition to ending the call more decisively. Any tips or prompt structures that worked for you? Thanks!
