Hey Vapi team & fellow builders, First off — huge fan of what you’re building here. I’ve been using Vapi for a while and have onboarded 15+ clients based on the earlier plan, especially the 1000 free minutes that were initially offered. With the new pricing structure now live, I wanted to share some honest feedback and ask if anyone else is facing similar challenges: 🔹 The new pricing is a big jump — especially when compared with ElevenLabs (which many clients are already familiar with). 🔹 I’m getting credibility pushback from clients I onboarded earlier who feel the original offer has vanished overnight. 🔹 The most common question I now get is: “How do we know they won’t raise prices again soon?” My suggestion: It would be great if Vapi could grandfather the 1000 free minutes for existing users and apply the new pricing model only for new customers moving forward. This would really help us maintain trust with our current clients and continue building long-term on Vapi. Would love to hear what others think.
