Has anyone tried implementing squads through the web call, this is what i noticed - The transfer does not seem to be working at all between squads on web call but on phone numbers, they work fine. - The squad assistants can lose the context of the call whereas if normal asisstants are used, it doesn't happen.

Correct your assistant configuration, use silent transfers, and test specifically in web scenarios to resolve these issues.
