The closest i can find is https://docs.vapi.ai/api-reference/assistants/update#response.body.silenceTimeoutSeconds Would be amazing if you could point me in the right direction !

The customerJoinTimeoutSeconds isn’t in Vapi docs, but you can use silenceTimeoutSeconds up to 3600 seconds to manage call silence timeouts

Here are the details: For call id: f9fcb220-aa3c-497e-b925-3590bca1f4f3 1, I can't find the exact timestamp in call log, maybe you can find it by the call id. 2, We expect we can start a web call ( by start a workflow) successfully every time, at least in the same network, same device, it can be. 3, When we try to start the web call ( by start a workflow ), we fail and get an error 'call.in-progress.error-assistant-did-not-receive-customer-audio', this doesn't happen every time, but it often occurs.
