Hi, I made a few calls using the 'phone numbers' function on the web. When using the outbound call function, and when I uploaded a CSV file with 'number' and 'name', the assistant is unable to recognise the 'name' and proceeds to ask "hello is this prospect name" instead of the provided name. Could you assist?

Make sure your CSV headers are exactly number and name, and that your prompt uses {{name}} to dynamically insert the contact’s name.

yes. that is correct. the prompt uses {{name}} and the csv file uses name

To help track down this issue, could you share one or two: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

i just dragged and dropped my csv file into the "call many numbers" section. the phone numbers need to be appended with a ' in the cell so it presents a +xx format.

If it is pulling from the CSV under the "name" column, try using the variable {{customer.name}}
