Hi team, I am facing an issue with SIP trunking, my calls are getting cut at 600 seconds max. I'm using vapi+Plivo+Cloudonix. In vapi I've set maxduration to 43200 seconds. Any clue anyone if this is a known issue or if there is a workaround? I've tried to set the maxdurationseconds varible in the API call as well to 43200 but to no avail.

Contact Plivo to increase your call duration limit, check and adjust Cloudonix session timers, and ensure SIP session timers and keep-alive settings are correctly configured to prevent disconnection at 600 seconds..

I've upraded my Plivo account and they say that there is no limit on call duration. Do you know if I can adjust Cloudonix session timers myself or if they need to be adjusted by escalating to the team.

You can adjust Cloudonix session timers yourself using the timeLimit parameter in your session config, but if you can't! contact their support for assistance..

Not sure where to set this parameter, I suppose not possible in free tier but checking with the support team.

hi Team, I am constantly getting this call end message - call.in-progress.sip-completed-call I pick up the call and it disconnects in 2 seconds without the assistant speaking anything. Can this be looked at?
