Here I checked, it's your credentials. You have to delete your Telnyx phone number, and then import it again with the right API key. The credentials are definitely wrong here.

I wasn’t able to import the Telnyx number into Vapi — it doesn’t show up at all in the Vapi dashboard. The Telnyx number is: +1-877-404-8877
