@jordan @User you guys really need to roll VAPI updates out more like versions the platform is not as stable and is costing us customers. If you could roll out for example a specific version of VAPI to use and people could select it then it would prevent hidden and unknown errors that are happening often. I understand there are issues on the provider side like Twilio etc but there are also issues on the VAPI side. Please think about providing a more stable option since we need this to runa. professional business and I am sure lots here would appreciate. As systems get more complicated its important not to roll out weekly and daily updates without providing stable versions. I know Voice and AI is hard but if we can work together to help each other we will win.
