I’m reaching out with serious concerns regarding the recent credit usage on our account. We've noticed that the credits are being consumed at an unexpectedly high rate, which doesn’t align with our call volume or expected usage patterns.
Frankly, the current cost per call feels disproportionately expensive, and this is making the platform unsustainable for us to continue using. We would appreciate a detailed breakdown of how the credits are being calculated and used during our sessions.
Given the abnormal credit drain, we strongly believe a refund is warranted for the excess credits used. Please review our account activity and get back to us with clarification and next steps for issuing a refund.
