Hi Vapi Support, I’m reaching out with serious concerns regarding the recent credit usage on our account. We've noticed that the credits are being consumed at an unexpectedly high rate, which doesn’t align with our call volume or expected usage patterns. Frankly, the current cost per call feels disproportionately expensive, and this is making the platform unsustainable for us to continue using. We would appreciate a detailed breakdown of how the credits are being calculated and used during our sessions. Given the abnormal credit drain, we strongly believe a refund is warranted for the excess credits used. Hey, you've been charged for 3 payments. Can you let me know what your expected volume was and what unexpected volume got recorded on your account? Is your assistant openly available for anyone to initiate calls, or is it limited to a few users? Or is it something else? It seems like you might be keeping it for demo purposes, and someone may have abused it, which could have triggered the auto reload twice and led to your card being charged for total of $30. I only made 2 test calls, one was about 3 mins long and the other one was a few mins long. I'm not sure why I was charged. No, the assistant isn't openly available for anyone to initiate calls. It's only limited to my account. I'm using it to improve the flow so i can start selling it to other customers. Can I please get a refund of the $30? I'm not sure how they were used up so quickly. How could we have spent 1000 mins of talk time within 30 mins, twice? Makes no sense.
