Hello guys ! Question- So i am doing everything programmatically i.e call comes to server first some data is fetched via server from a database which is hosted on AWS and fed to agent / assistant- to that particular instance. I am using 2 phone numbers one is twilio one is from vapi ; twilio one is a trial account so it says you have a trial account press any key to start i press anything it works totally finr . But with vapi phone number , whenever i call it eats up first 3 words . For example if it is supposed to say Thank you for calling {Aerosports } where aerosports is fetched dynamically. It starts witj aerosports i.e it don’t say Thank you for calling or Sometimes starts from calling . What could be the issue ? Webhook is returning with 10 ms and server latency- vapi - is 850 ms . Can anyone help ? Please
