What we've built: - Comprehensive prompt architecture & conversation flows - Multi-tier response systems for edge cases - Error recovery mechanisms & adaptive qualification logic Core challenges: - Multi-turn conversation complexity (interruptions, context retention) - Voice quality vs <350ms latency requirements - Provider reliability & fallback strategies - Managing business logic through natural language prompts The situation: Information overload. Extensive research on conversation design, prompt engineering, providers - but hitting analysis paralysis. Goal: Use VAPI to build working proof of concept proving our specs work. NOT seeking long-term partner - have extensive internal dev team to expand implementation once proven.
