Hey, really sorry for your experience and for your customers' bad experience as well. If possible, could you provide a call id and the issue that you are experiencing so we can investigate?

Please refer to the screenshot I shared earlier. The issue is not related to call functionality, but rather a web portal error — I am currently unable to access the VAPI Assistant settings. This is critical because the assistant in question is already being used by one of our clients in production, and we urgently need to apply some changes. Due to this error, we are completely blocked. VAPI has been causing repeated issues, and it’s seriously affecting our business operations and client relationships. I’ve already lost a client previously because of similar problems, and if this continues, I’ll be forced to share my experience publicly. We need immediate attention on this and a long-term fix to avoid such disruptions in the future.
