Hey guys, I've had troubles with Twilio since 3 weeks, they opened a ticket but since a week they are not responding me anymore. I know y'all are focused on VAPI here, but I think a lot are using Twilio so I want to know if you have any tips. Cause they totally ghosted me, I sent mails everyday to remind them, but no response, even with my other account i opened ticket and they said that they are resolving the issue, but not getting any response since a week.. Like does someone here has a contact in Twilio? Or do you know if I can call them ? I have clients waiting and it's really urgent
