can you tell me what country code you use for your outbound sip server?

I'm working with @kbmaine on this, and I see the call forwarding requests in twilio. The calls that succeed are passing the caller's number through as the "from" number in the outbound call request. The ones that fail are showing a short code or a +2 number as the "from" number. I'll include screenshots with examples
