Anybody know of any way to fully delete logs from Vapi without turning on HIPAA Compliance? We want to retain no record in Vapi, and $1,000/month for the privilege of not storing our data is too steep for the client I'm working with. My understanding was the DELETE Api would purge all logs related to the call, but now we're finding out that data is still retained in the webhook log. Any input would be greatly appreciated. If we can't find a fix for this we'll have to take the client to another platform unfortunately 😦

Enable PCI compliance mode and avoid setting up any webhooks or storage, which stops logs and transcripts from being stored. The DELETE /logs API doesn’t clear webhook logs, so either remove webhooks entirely or request full log deletion..

@Kings_big💫 So even if we purchase HIPAA Compliance for, again, a price point that is way too high for our consumer, it means we can't do any webhooks or API calls with the platform?

You can still use webhooks and API calls, but Vapi won’t store any call data logs, recordings, or transcripts..

With HIPAA compliance enabled in Vapi, webhook and API call logs are not stored..
