For the availability tool to pull the correct date, make sure in the global prompt to insert the current time and date with variables:

The current date and time is {{"now" | date: "%A, %B %d, %Y, %I:%M %p", "America/Los_Angeles"}}

For attendees, try to make it an array instead of a string value
