Is anyone else experiencing an issue with VAPI where the initial greeting message plays too fast, but the rest of the conversation proceeds at a normal speed? The TTS seems fine during the rest of the interaction — it’s just the initial greeting that sounds rushed.

Use a PlayHT voice and set the speed parameter speed: 0.9 to slow down the greeting, or add a brief pause, with startSpeakingPlan.waitSeconds before the first message to prevent it from sounding rushed..
