Am I going crazy I can't find the option to specify words that would trigger a hangup? I could had swore it was there before. Like being able to have the agent hangup when the caller says "goodbye" or "bye bye", etc. my agent had a back & fourth bye bye for a whole minute with a dude yesterday lol (it was pretty funny not gonna lie)
