Suggestion: Double-check that the files referenced in your query tool are correctly uploaded, under 300KB, and contain clear, well-structured information. In your assistant's configuration, ensure the knowledge base name and file IDs match exactly what was uploaded. If the tool call result is "Success." but no data is returned, try re-uploading your files and re-attaching them to the query tool, then test with a simple, direct query that matches content in your files. Example troubleshooting step:
