Question. I work a sales job where people submit their information to us, and I have to follow up with them. I have developing Vapi to schedule my appointments for me. I would like Vapi to open the conversation by including the client's name in the approach. For example, "Hi, I'm looking for [Client Name], are they available?" Obviously that's not exactly the opening line, but is there a way to address the client by name? I'll be uploading the call list to Vapi, so they can pull the name from the .csv file
