We are not able to sign in any more. Got asked to add a document. Scanned my drivers license (front + back), made a selfie, the verification process newer returned. Not with a success message, not with an error. I tried to loing afterwards -> Sign In failed. Got mail with "Fraud Alert on Your Account". Could you help? It's very urgent.
