yes make. com or I like n8n more. If they filled out a form and you have their info, you can do an inbound webhook call to pull all data you know about them into the call, and personalize the welcome message and anything else within the prompt. There are all diff types of agents you can use, but I'd start with a single prompt, add a knoledgebase for all general an background into and tell the promot to reffer to that KB. Then add the necessary tools for scheduling appointments. If using GHL or Google you can use them directly from Vapi, else you will need tool with webhooks into make.com/n8n
