We have a usage of about 7500 minutes per month. I see on the pricing page, it says "Bundled minutes include the cost of every provider used during a call (LLM, TTS, STT, etc.)." Can you clarify this a bit more? Does this mean if we switch to Startup Plan, it will give us 7500 minutes regardless of the provides for STT-LLM-TTS? We currently use ElevenLabs custom voice, and hence have provided the API keys in the integrations page. What would happen if we switch to the Agency/Startup plan? Do we still have to pay for the custom voice?

On the Startup plan, the 7,500 bundled minutes cover all Vapi usage (LLM, STT, TTS), but since you’re using your own 11Labs custom voice via API key, you’ll still be billed separately by 11Labs for TTS usage..

We use both custom as well as built in voices. But I see we are still getting charged for built-in voices too.

You're being charged for built-in voices because, even with a custom 11Labs voice, any built-in TTS still active in your Vapi flows consumes bundled minutes, so disable them fully to avoid extra usage..
