Use the live kit feature(best option) or prompt the ai to output - or an empty output when user doesnt look like its finish talking. The downside to that is some voice make weird noises when you reads - or an empty output especially if voice stability settings are low. Other downside is if the ai guess wrong it wont talk until the user says something again.
