Is there any feature or plan for be able to see workflows variables values in realtime?

Currently, there is no documented feature in Vapi Workflows that allows you to view workflow variable values in real time. While you can extract and use variables within workflows, and track node execution events, real-time variable inspection is not mentioned in the official documentation or changelogs. To better assist you, could you clarify if you are looking for real-time variable visibility during live calls, within the dashboard, or via an API endpoint?
