Hi team, I’m reaching out regarding a critical issue we experienced today around 12:00 PM (Brasília time). It appears our entire VAPI environment was reset — all assistants, logs, SIP trunks, phone numbers, and configurations are missing.
The only reference we have from the previous setup is the API Key, which I partially masked here for security reasons:

We’d really appreciate it if you could help us recover the full environment, including credentials, logs, and assistant configurations.
If full recovery isn’t possible, we kindly request:
That all integrations and SIP trunks associated with that key be fully disabled;
And, if feasible, the recovery of all assistant prompts and settings.
