We have whitelisted your account, removed any flags for KYC invalidation, and sent you a magic link to your email. Please use that link to login to your account and let us know if you encounter any issues

Unfortunately, that didn’t work for me either. My console logs still indicate a 401 unauthorized response when the page redirects from Google sign-on. Additionally, when I try to reset my password, the password page loads briefly before redirecting me back to the login page. I wonder if this is because I’ve been added to three different organizations. I’m curious if I should ask my client to remove me from their organization if that would resolve the issue. I’m running out of ideas and becoming a bit frustrated because this issue is hindering my ability to fully support my client.
@kyle brunker @Sahil I'm not sure why this fixed it, but I had my client remove me from their org, and now I have access to my test accounts without being redirected back to the login. I believe having view access in the client's account was what caused my authentication to break, because it happened after I tried to delete a call log. asking the client to re-add me with full access to see if the problem persists.

Yep, I think that was it. The client added me back to their organization with full access, and I'm not experiencing any redirects. I also deleted an old test record without any issues. If you remove create/delete actions and components from the UI so users can't modify records, I bet that would prevent users from encountering this issue.

@Sahil @kyle - Okay guys, unfortunately, the problem has returned. I think it's specific to the client's account. When I try to navigate to my dev environment, it doesn't redirect to the login page, but when I'm on the client's page, it redirects. I've had the client remove me and add me back, but it's still redirecting me back to the login page. Any suggestions?

It feels related to the org, as my dev lead had the same issue. If we tried to quickly navigate to the default org, it wouldn't log us out. But the auto logout would happen so quickly that the workaround isn't super successful. The only thing that worked was having the client remove us from the org. Once added back, we run into the issue again.

We are not able to find that org. If you happen to have the org id that would be helpful, but if the org doesn't exist that may be the issue.
