Change Email address for existing account

I'd like to continue using my current account but I need to change the mail address. I have all my workflows in there and don't want to start all over on a new account. Is there any way to change the email address for my account? Btw: I also can't access my account at the moment since I need to do the veriff thing. But I see no reason for a verification if I can't change the accounts email address, as a support message from someone in my other post said. How can we solve that?

While you can update the billing email via the billing page, it's unclear if this changes your primary login email, especially if you can't access your account due to verification requirements. I have an account registered with "lawless.metal_0t@icloud.com" and need to change it to one that is not a "temporary" email address. How can I change it? Would I be able to do so if I could log in?

You can create a new account and then we will process your request, such as assistants tools etc..

You can invite your new org as an admin to your existing org. Once you have invited and have successfully accepted the invite, then you can delete your previous old account, and all of the credentials, assets, assistants, tools, etc. will be transferred to the new account on which you have added as an admin..
