i am facing 2 issues;

06/21/2025, 3:14 AM1- Since few days, voice of every call is not clear. there are distortions in every call and i tried almost all the models.
2- i like the sesame voice but now it not speaking.
please help me to resolve these issues.

- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
- What response you expected to get
- What response you actually got instead
