Question. I have my Vapi agent built. Workflow and all, tools, etc. I am at the testing stage immediately before deployment. Vapi won't accept the validation of the .csv file I upload when trying to test the batch calling. It keeps coming back with the error "Row 2,3,4..etc. phone number is required". I have phone numbers entered in. I have tried many different formats, to include with the country code. I have formatted the Headers to match the guidance sheets on the Vapi website. I've had ChatGPT try helping with aligning the formatting. I have ensured that the formatting within the .csv stays put so the numbers don't turn into that scientific number-like format that excel does with longer numbers in shorter cells. Nothing is working. This is incredibly frustrating because I've spent a long time trying to build the agent, and now it seems like the platform itself is not functional. Does anyone know why Vapi cannot read phone numbers with batch calling?
