Cant receive Inbound Calls SIP Trunking

I have configured a SIP number and works great for outbound calls, but it's not receiveing the inbound calls. The provider says the account is not ONLINE, so the calls are never routed to VAPI. What can I do? Phone number ID is 992e4272-ba2c-428e-b7c4-badeef942d75

Looking into it
Ask your SIP provider to share the PCAP file..

@abotella What your provider means is that VAPI isn't registered on your providers network. This means that outbound calls use a normal SIP Challenge/Response authorization - but inbound calls will not work, as their registrar requires VAPI to register to them (B2BUA functionality). If you would like, you can resolve the issue via the Cloudonix SBC and VAPI Connector. Feel free to DM me and I'll explain more.

@Kings_big💫 Sorry, my SIP provider says YOU have to share with them the PCAP file... Outbound calls work well, but inbound NOT. The SIP account is not registered by Vapi to send the calls.

VAPI handles inbound calls—it doesn’t forward them to your telephony provider. Any calls rejected by VAPI aren’t recorded, so we can’t generate a call ID or trace. Your SIP provider, however, holds the PCAP capture that logs every SIP Signal and can pinpoint why the call failed. If they won’t provide the PCAP, they’re deflecting responsibility. You can verify this through online resources. Without access to that PCAP, we can’t diagnose the rejection.

Hey @abotella, your sending requests to wrong IP addresses these doesn't belong to us.
You need to send your SIP request to our SIP domain, not to the IP addresses. It looks like you're currently sending it to IP addresses that don't belong to VAPI. Please send your SIP signal to sip.vapi.ai instead of our IPs, as we don't allow traffic on those.
