Team i am doing outbound campaign when agent calls the prospect she starts speaking even when the customer havent picked up the call and agent also start speaking when the prospect number says press 1 for this and 2 for this how can i reduce my cost its costing me too much  10 minutes the call engaged and cost me 2 dollars and it was robot press 1 for this 2 for this
