Verification thing loading forever. Can't log in.

I am prompted to scan my ID and then my face when I log in, and it says verification submitted and then says 'verifying your identity, this can take 1 to 3 minutes' This goes on forever and I am never logged in. I have clients who are looking to pay and I am embarassing myself telling them I need more time to set up because I can not log into the app. I can't even create a new account, it says a confirmation email was sent but I never receive it. How do I fix??

this worked once, but logging in a second time today brought my right back to the KYC error.
I guess it expired
Do we know the root of the issue? Is it veriff? or is my account in some weird standing?
Any word on this? Day 2 of the software being unusable for me, I might havet to switch off entirely

Same issue when trying to login today. Asks for KYC, then loads forever. You guys must have 10 photos of my license and face by now

We made some more changes on the verification side for your account and most recently used device. Please try logging in again and let us know if you encounter another error. If you see Veriff again, it may say it takes 1-3 minutes but could take a little longer. Hopefully you will just be able to bypass it with our new changes.

We have automation in place for verifying if users are actual people to prevent bots and spam on our platform, but sometimes it makes mistakes and marks the wrong user. Im glad you were able to login though, and let us know if you require assistance again. We will be here.
