Warm transfer not working with transferCall tool

I have implemented a "transferCall" tool for my assistant. The phone call transfers reliably, which is great. However, when I turn on the "Warm Transfer with Summary" feature, no warm transfer takes place. In dozens of tests, it never does it, the connection is made immediately. Try switching to Twilio or use an alternate warm transfer mode like "wait-for-operator-then-say-summary."

I'm using Twilio. Unfortunately, using "wait-for-operator-then-say-summary" does not work - it still connects the caller and recipient immediately. Any other suggestions?

Just recorded one: 9fbeea4b-c0b9-4b5e-ae8f-425444672def This is configured as "Warm Transfer - Wait for Operator to Speak First, Then SAy Summary"
Also, is there a way to eliminate the prompts like "transferring call now" or "just a sec" when making a tool call? I have these events right at the end of the phone script, and I don't need either of the announcements. I have a blank "Message to Customer" in the transferCall function.

Scroll down further to the messages section of the tool and make sure the request-start message is added with "None" as the selected option.

Thanks, I no longer get the "transferring call now" message. I still have the issue that no warm transfer takes place. Any other suggestions?
