Is there a way to test a workflow using a text chat? I currently only see an option to do a voice call.

create a suite under the Test tab, add Chat-type tests with defined scripts and success criteria, then run and review the results..

Ohh Test Suites only run against agents assistants, not workflows, so you won't see a workflow option when creating Chat-type tests..
