Running into a pretty critical issue with our calls here. We're consistently seeing calls fail with this error: "call.in-progress.error-sip-outbound-call-failed-to-connect". It's really impacting our operations since we can't connect to important calls. Could you please look into why this is happening? If it's something on our side, please point us in the right direction and tell us how to fix it. We really need to get this sorted out quickly to keep things running smoothly. I've attached screenshots of the error log to help you out. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1388136392403456081/1388136392596389949/image.png?ex=685fe242&is=685e90c2&hm=266de7d63cde3149ca07cbf4d741b1e3a951d3936909169eb1e0549362ca32bc& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1388136392403456081/1388136393062088804/image.png?ex=685fe242&is=685e90c2&hm=7041cbfc3720c4da358b9fca104d93f8385126c3bf6118f0a9471acc38ac41e4&

Can you check the SIP URI, if it is correct? What SIP provider are you using and which country you are from?
k
Your destination number is too short and does not meet E.164 format. Please adjust the destination address and it should resolve the issue.

I've always used the destination number in this format and it worked fine. The real issue is that the SIP trunk is not registering — I’m not receiving any registration request on my side. It seems like the SIP trunk configuration is not completing, and the number is not being linked to the trunk.

@Pablo Araújo Do you want to set up a meet?
k
If you need registration request to be sent, please make sure to enable "SIP Registration" checkbox when configuring the SIP Trunk

Yes, I’m actually facing a bigger issue today. The SIP connections are simply freezing and not working at all. I would definitely like to schedule a call so we can discuss and resolve these problems. We constantly have to put out small fires when this happens, as we never really understand why the connection suddenly stops working — even though everything is configured correctly. I know it works this way, but I’d like to better understand how we can put out these fires once and for all.
